The main task of our company crewing department is to provide our clients with well-reputed, qualified and competent seafarers. And our priority intention is to develop a long-term relationship with our clients and seafarers. This approach enables us to have a readily available pool of competent candidates available for our clients at a cost effective manner.

We have access to huge database of Ukrainian and Russian seafarers to choose the best for our client’s fleet and us. We provide qualified crew for vessels of passenger, tanker, bulk and container fleet, multipurpose and Ro-Ro/Lo-Ro ships, coasters etc. Additionally we may arrange repair of your vessels with repair gangs / flying teams directly on board of your vessels without interruption of normal trading.

We always carefully check if candidates hold all required documents and relevant certificates, issued under the provisions of the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certifications and Watchkeeping for Seafarers, 1978, as amended, have appropriate work experience and adequate knowledge of English. Our seafarers can work in mixed crew with different working languages upon owners’ request.

Our company cooperates with well-reputed local clinics for seafarers medical examination approved by Ministry of Public Health of Ukraine according to the requirements of shipowners. These clinics can arrange any special medical examinations in accordance with the shipowners and insurers requirements such as P&I Mutual Club, British Marine Luxemburg, Steam Ship Mutual etc. They carefully carry out health examinations of each seafarer and give accurate and truthful results.

Upon shipowners’ request, we may arrange all formalities regarding obtaining of specific training courses and certificates, arrangement of required seafarers visas, booking flights / busses for crew travelling, supplying of different types seafarers’ working clothes.
